1. Are your products handmade?
Yes, all True Beauts products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain freshness, quality, and effectiveness.


2. Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our formulas are made with gentle and skin-friendly ingredients. However, every skin is different, so we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.


3. Do you use natural ingredients?
We use a blend of natural extracts, high-quality bases and Actives, safe cosmetic-grade ingredients. All materials are sourced from trusted suppliers.


4. Why does my product look slightly different from the picture?
Since our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance from batch to batch. This is normal and does not affect quality.


5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.


6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp. Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with a missing item?
Please record a full unboxing video (no cuts) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review it and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD at the moment. All orders must be prepaid through the secure payment options available at checkout.
