Return & Refund
At True Beauts, all our products are handmade in small batches with great care.
Due to the personal-use nature of skincare and hygiene items, we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.
However, we understand that issues may occur during delivery.
Please read the policy carefully.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Personal dislike of fragrance/texture
Allergy or skin reaction (patch test is recommended)
Change of mind after order
Using the product and then requesting return
Incorrect product ordered by customer
2. Refunds (Only under specific conditions)
Refunds are eligible ONLY if:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ You received a missing item
Mandatory Proof Required:
A full unboxing video starting from the unopened package
No pauses, cuts, or edits
Clear view of the parcel and the issue
Without video proof, we cannot process refunds.
3. When Refund is NOT Applicable
Refunds will not be provided if:
Parcel is returned due to wrong address
Parcel is returned due to multiple delivery attempts
Customer refuses delivery
Customer does not share the required unboxing video
Damage occurs after delivery
Product shows normal handmade variations (colour, texture, scent)
4. Wrong Address / Undelivered Orders
If the courier returns the parcel due to:
Wrong / incomplete address
Not reachable
Not responding to delivery attempts
Refund will not be provided.
Re-shipping can be arranged at customer’s cost.
5. Defective or Wrong Product
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered:
Record a full unboxing video
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Send the video and order details through our support page
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement OR
Refund (if replacement is not available)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
7. Cancellation of Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because each order is processed fresh.
