During festivals, sales, or high-order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

Metros: 3–6 business days
Other Cities: 5–10 business days
Remote/Non-serviceable areas: 7–12 business days

These timelines may vary depending on courier coverage.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available during special offers or on minimum-order value as mentioned on the website.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to reflect movement after dispatch.

5. Delays

True Beauts is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Festivals/holidays
Incorrect addresses
Courier delays
Transportation strikes
Remote area service limitations

We will always assist you if your order is delayed, but courier delays are beyond our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect/missing details:

Courier may mark it as RTO (Return to Origin)
Refunds are not applicable for orders returned due to wrong or incomplete address
Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s cost
